Two hours each way once you account for the last stretch of unpaved road. We do go, but it is always a planned day, and it is not something that can be arranged on the morning. What makes it work is doing everything in one visit. Before we set out we want the complete list of what needs lifting, moving or setting, because a second trip out here effectively doubles the whole exercise. If neighbours need work too, that is a good reason to talk to them. ## Off Grid Property in High Desert Property up here is large and a lot of it is independent.
