## When to call and when to text

Call if it is urgent, if the situation is complicated, or if you want a straight answer on whether today is possible. You will be talking to the person who would run the machine, not a dispatcher reading a screen.

Text if you want to send photos. A picture of the street, the wall and the pad tells us more in one message than several minutes of description.

## What to have ready

Roughly what the load weighs, where a truck could park, and how far it is from there to where the load has to go. With those three we can usually tell you yes or no in the first minute.

Yes. Whether a crane can roll immediately is a separate question, and we will answer that honestly too.

Please do. Photos of the street, the access route and the final position save everyone time.
