HCW Crane Service collects the name, phone number, email address, job location and job details you choose to send through the contact form, plus anonymous website usage data if you consent to analytics. Nothing is sold or rented to anyone. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
What We Collect And Why
This policy was last updated in July 2026 and applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.
HCW Crane Service is the trade name of HCW Mobile Services LLC, the company responsible for this website and for the work it describes.
There are only two ways information reaches us. You send it deliberately, or your browser reports anonymous usage while you read.
When you fill in the lift request form, we receive the fields you completed. Every one of them exists because it is needed to quote or run the job, and the optional ones are marked optional on the form itself.
- Your name. So we know who we are talking to and what to write on the paperwork.
- Your phone number. The number we call or text you back on. This is the field we use most.
- Your email address. Optional. Used only if you would rather have the reply in writing.
- The job location. The city or area the work is in, which decides travel and scheduling.
- Job details. What needs lifting, roughly what it weighs, the site access, when you need it, and anything else you choose to write in the free text box.
Analytics And Measurement
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages get read, and can use Microsoft Clarity to see where people get stuck. Google Analytics loads on every visit in a cookieless mode and uses cookies only after you agree. Clarity runs only after you agree.
Google Consent Mode is set to denied by default before any tag loads. That means analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization all start in the denied state, and nothing is written to your browser for measurement purposes until you choose otherwise in the cookie bar. IP anonymization is enabled on the analytics configuration.
Microsoft Clarity records anonymous interaction data such as scrolling, clicks and general navigation patterns, so we can tell when a page is confusing. It is a usability tool, not an identity tool.
If you reject non-essential cookies, or simply never answer the bar, Google Analytics stays in its cookieless mode and Clarity stays off. In that mode Google receives anonymous signals such as the page viewed, the time and an approximate location, with no cookie and no identifier that follows you between visits. The site works identically either way and no content is withheld from you for saying no.
Separately, the site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics and measures loading speed with Vercel Speed Insights. Both are cookieless: they set no cookies, store nothing on your device, do not track you across other sites and do not identify you. They record aggregated page views, referring sites, country, device type and page loading times. Because they store nothing, they run whether or not you accept cookies.
How We Use It, Who Sees It, How Long We Keep It
Enquiry information is used to answer your enquiry, quote the work, schedule it, and keep a record of what was agreed. It is not added to a mailing list and you will not receive marketing from us because you asked about a lift.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. There is no data broker relationship, no advertising partner receiving your enquiry, and no affiliate arrangement anywhere on this site.
The people who see your enquiry are the owner and anyone directly involved in doing the work. The technical providers who process it in passing are the website host, the email provider that carries the message, and the analytics tools described above if you consented to them.
Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for the job and for the ordinary business records afterwards, then removed. If you want yours gone sooner, ask and it will be deleted.
Your Choices And How To Reach Us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Withdrawing consent clears the stored analytics permission and pushes the denied signal back to the tags.
California residents who visit this website have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. There is nothing to opt out of on the last one, because no personal information is sold. Note that visiting this site is not the same as being served by it. HCW Crane Service works in Arizona and does not offer crane services in California.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of thirteen.
For any privacy request, call (928) 249-2188 or email hcwmobileservices@gmail.com. It goes to the owner, not to a ticket queue.
Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell or share my information?
No. Your information is used to answer your enquiry and run your job. It is not sold, rented, traded or handed to advertisers. The only third parties involved are the website host, the email provider and, if you consented, the analytics tools.
What happens if I reject cookies?
Google Analytics stays in its cookieless mode and Clarity never loads. Consent Mode stays in the denied state it starts in, so nothing is written to your browser for measurement. The cookieless Vercel page counts and speed measurements still run, and they store nothing either. The site behaves exactly the same and every page stays available to you.
Can you delete what you have about me?
Yes. Call or email and ask. Anything not required for an ordinary business record of work already done gets removed, and you will be told what was kept and why if anything is.
I live in California. What are my rights here?
You have the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you as a website visitor, including access and deletion. No personal information is sold, so there is nothing to opt out of. Separately, we do not provide crane services in California.
