Terms of Service

4 min readUpdated July 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and the basis on which HCW Crane Service quotes and performs work. Quotes are estimates until scope is confirmed on site. Everything published here is general information, not engineering advice, and the operator confirms capacity against the load chart on the day.

Quotes, Estimates And Scope

These terms were last updated in July 2026. Using this website means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

HCW Crane Service is the trade name of HCW Mobile Services LLC. Quotes, bookings and work are agreements with HCW Mobile Services LLC.

A figure given over the phone, by text, by email or through this website is an estimate based on the information you provided. It holds while the site and the load match that description.

Scope is confirmed when the operator has seen enough of the real conditions to commit to it, which for a straightforward job is on arrival and for an unusual one is at a site visit beforehand. If the load turns out heavier, the access narrower, or the ground softer than described, the plan is discussed with you before anything is lifted rather than invoiced afterwards.

Free quotes and site visits carry no obligation on either side. A quote is not a booking, and a booking is not confirmed until we have told you it is.

What The Content On This Site Is

Everything published on this website, including the guides, the glossary, the tools and the frequently asked questions, is general information written to help you understand the work and ask better questions.

It is not engineering advice, it is not a lift plan, and it is not a substitute for a qualified assessment of your specific job. No page here has seen your site.

This matters most around capacity. Any guidance on this site about which crane suits which job, including anything produced by the tools section, is an orientation aid only. The operator reads the manufacturer's load chart for the exact boom length, radius and outrigger configuration being used on the day, and that reading governs. Where the two disagree, the load chart wins, every time, without exception.

The operator may decline or stop a lift at any point if conditions do not support it safely. Nothing on this site, and no estimate given beforehand, overrides that judgment.

Your Responsibilities As A Customer

Some things only you can know, and the safety of the job depends on you telling us honestly rather than optimistically.

If something on this list is unknown to you, say that it is unknown. An honest gap is easy to plan around. A confident wrong answer is not.

  • Give accurate weights, dimensions and site descriptions to the best of your knowledge.
  • Tell us about buried utilities, septic systems, backfilled trenches and anything else under the setup area.
  • Tell us about overhead power lines and service drops anywhere near the site.
  • Have the site ready and accessible at the agreed time, including moving vehicles and material.
  • Have someone present who can make decisions on the day.
  • Obtain any permit, approval or permission that your property, your association or your street requires.

Limitation Of Liability

HCW Crane Service is responsible for performing the work with reasonable skill and care. It is not responsible for loss caused by information that was inaccurate when it was given to us, by conditions that were concealed or not disclosed, or by the acts of other contractors on the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, liability arising out of the work or out of your use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question, and does not extend to indirect, incidental or consequential loss such as lost profit, lost production or delay to other trades.

This website is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, and we still cannot warrant that every page is free of error or that the site is available without interruption. Links to other websites are offered for convenience and we do not control or endorse what is on them.

Nothing in these terms attempts to exclude a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property, Changes And Governing Law

The text, photography, layout and code of this website belong to HCW Mobile Services LLC. The photographs are of real jobs performed by this company. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back, and you may not republish substantial parts of it as your own.

We may update these terms as the business or the site changes. The version published here is the current one, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last moved.

These terms and any work performed under them are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohave County, Arizona.

Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a quote a fixed price?

It is an estimate based on what you described, and it holds when the site matches the description. Scope is confirmed before work starts. If real conditions differ materially, you are told before anything is lifted, not after.

Can I rely on the capacity guidance on this site?

Use it to understand the job and to ask better questions. Do not use it to decide a lift. The operator reads the load chart for the actual configuration on site, and that reading is the only one that governs.

What law applies?

Arizona law, with jurisdiction in Mohave County. That is where the business is based and where the great majority of the work is performed.

Who is responsible for permits?

You are, unless we have specifically agreed otherwise in writing for your job. That covers association approvals, street or lane closures and anything your property requires. We will tell you when we think one is needed.

Ready to schedule your lift?

Tell us the load, the site and the timing. We will confirm capacity, access and a window.
