Get a Quote

To get a quote from HCW Crane Service, send us the load weight, the distance the crane needs to reach, where a truck can set up, what the load passes over, and your timing. There is no obligation, and if the job is better suited to someone else we will say so.

What affects the number

Eight things drive a crane quote: the weight of the load, the reach required, site access and setup room, ground conditions, how long the job takes, travel distance from Lake Havasu City, timing, and how the load will be rigged.

We explain each of those in detail on the what affects your crane quote page, because understanding them lets you ask better questions of anyone you get a quote from, not just us.

We would rather say no than turn up wrong

If a load is beyond what a 40-ton boom truck should be doing, or the site needs a machine we do not run, we will tell you that rather than take the booking and work it out on the day.

That happens occasionally and it costs us a job. It costs a lot less than the alternative.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a quote free?

Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it.

Can you quote without seeing the site?

Usually, from photos and measurements. For anything unusual or tight we would rather look at it first, and that costs you nothing.

How long is a quote good for?

Ask when you get it. If the scope changes, the number changes, and we will say so before doing extra work rather than after.

Ready to schedule your lift?

Tell us the load, the site and the timing. We will confirm capacity, access and a window.

Tell Us About the Job

The number we should call or text you back on.

Where the job is, not where you live.

Roughly what it is and roughly what it weighs. An estimate is fine.

Where can a truck park, and how far is it from there to where the load has to land? What is in between?

Or call (928) 249-2188. The phone is answered around the clock.
